Project completion times are a guide only. Material supply, order demand and unexpected circumstances may affect completion times.

A cancellation fee of 50% of the total purchase price will be incurred after 4 weeks from original invoice date.

Please ensure you have considered the size of your space and access for your new piece, as no refunds or adjustments will be made once delivered.

Delivery is made by a 3rd party delivery service and quotes are based on ground floor easy access. Please specify otherwise prior to an invoice being issued to discuss possible alternatives and/or changes to delivery fees E.g. second storey of a home

At times I can personally deliver items to you, depending on the distance from our local workshop in the Limestone Coast S.A and my workload. I will communicate this to you in our initial discussions and note this on your original invoice.

If for any reason we are unable to supply your order any monies paid will be fully refunded to you.

Timber contains natural variations in colour and grain; no two pieces are the same.

All sales are final, and we cannot offer an exchange or refund for these items.
